Ms. Lakshmi Kalai has attended the Master Class in Social Accounting and Audit in Chennai, conducted by Social Audit Network, India and is a certified Social Accountant. She has written Impact Assessment report for Ekam Foundation and assisted in conducting Social Impact Assessments for several projects funded by Corporate Foundations. She is also Manager- Outreach & Partnerships for Centre for Social Initiative and Management, Chennai.
She has completed a Degree in Sociology from Queen Mary's College, Chennai and has over 15 years' experience in the social sector. She is now pursuing her Masters in Social work from Alagappa University and MSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy from TNOU.
She has worked as Director for Projects in CNR foundation and as an in-house counsellor & consultant for Ekam foundation.
