Summary of Experience in Social Accounting and Audit
Dr Madhuri Ravindra Kumar did her first Master Class in Social Accounting and Audit in Chennai in 2009, conducted by Social Audit Network, UK & Centre for Social Initiative and Management, Chennai. She is a certified Social Auditor and has worked in all phases of the Social Accounting and Audit process having chaired the Audit panel for a Non-Profit in Hyderabad, written several Social Accounts for CSR Foundations and Non-Profits as well as undertaken Social Impact Assessments of projects funded by Corporate Foundations across India. She is also Head of the Coimbatore Chapter of Centre for Social Initiative and Management.
As Social Research Consultant with Ph.D degree in Sociology from the University of Mumbai, and with over 20 years research background, Dr Madhuri has worked extensively pan India in various sectors such as Healthcare and Family Welfare, Disaster Assistance and Management, Community, Tribal and Urban Development. She has in-depth experience in independently handling research and field work assignments and also conducting large scale studies, having been the State Project Coordinator for the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh for the National Family Health Survey (NFHS), Round 4 in 2014- 15, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
