2018 Onwards:
After completing Master Class in Social Accounts and Audit, in 2014, she has made a shift from corporate sector to social sector. Since last two years she has assessed the impact of NGOs and is now a certified social auditor.
Performed social audit and impact assessment for NGOs working in the field of Education, Healthcare, environment, NGOs working with disabilities etc., in various roles as researcher (for both primary and secondary research – on and off the field), data analyst, report writer and auditor.
Volunteered in various organization working with children, Pwds, seniors and various government agencies in various capacities as teacher, administrator and co-ordinator.
1990 to 2017:
Jayashree, has rich experience working in India's leading bank and thereafter in HCL, Deutsche Bank - for a little more than 27+ years. Information Technology, especially in financial services sector has been her forte - with exposure to various functional areas for many leading Banking Institutions in India and abroad. Leveraging the close association with Business and IT gives her a "multiperspectivity" and a 360-degree view across various layers of the organization.
Apart from the Banking IT, Jayashree was heading Enterprise Transformation Services (ETS), where she was part of several transformational initiatives encompassing business process management, enterprise architecture - aligning IT closer to the Business - in Manufacturing, Aero Space, HR Services etc..
