Mahalakshmi Rajagopal is a Certified auditor associated with SAN India since 2018. She completed her Master Class under the able guidance of Ms Latha Suresh, Ms Marie Banu Rodriguez and Dr Archana Pillai. She audited the Social accounts of Maduram Narayan Center for Exceptional Children , Chennai in 2019 and has been part of the SAN India team since then. She has contributed effectively in different assignments such as social impact assessment , social impact reporting , evaluation and report writing of other projects pertaining to CSR projects in Hyderabad and other cities .Some of the projects that Mahalakshmi has contributed so far include assessing impact of urban forest, setting up of ICU in an eye hospital, Mobile ICUS, Support provided to craftsmen and artisans pan India, Health camps for the economically weaker sections, Mobile vocational guidance units , interventions for the schools for visually impaired, to name a few. Her eye for detail and her ability to analyse every aspect from multiple angles and appreciate every venture from an objective perspective adds flavor to her work.
General background
Mahalakshmi is a Double Post graduate in Social Work and in Psychology, besides being a certified POSH Trainer. She offers individual consultation and therapy for clients of varied age groups, conducts various training programmes in schools and in corporates and also serves as External POSH member in organisations. She regularly conducts Sensitization sessions on POSH for many organisations. She is also well known for her individual coaching facilitating a transformation of her clients from the " why Me" phase to "I accept" stage.
She is very passionate about improving the mental health awareness and acceptance in the society . Her keen interest in holistic social change and progress led her to the social auditing field , where in under the able guidance of her mentors, she strives to facilitate change and progress for one and all.
