Mr. Nikhilesh Paradkar is the Director of Doorstep Health Services. He is an alumnus of the National Defence Academy, He has 25 years of experience in the Armed Forces, in which he held prestigious Command as well as Staff appointments. He switched to the corporate sector and was the India Head of a function of Corporate Services for a decade.
In the past year DHS has carried out a number of assessments as well as audits for Corporates like Cummins India, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Bharat Forge , BG Shirke Group etc. Some of the papers published / presented are:
